You earn XP by completing tasks — audits +3, QA reviews +5, chat sessions +12 at the base rate.

Bonuses don't grant XP: the daily clock-in, accuracy bonuses, performance bonuses, and Payday Friday all pay cash only. Rank is earned one task at a time.

The higher your rank, the more XP the same task earns. Every promotion bumps your XP rate along with your pay rate — so the ladder doesn't get harder to climb near the top, it gets easier.

XP never goes down. There's no decay, and promotions are permanent — skip a week and your rank is exactly where you left it. (What you do lose by staying away: your clock-in streak resets, and property tax piles up while you're gone.)

Earning: every completed task pays GrindBucks, scaled up by your rank. Clock in daily for a streak-boosted bonus, and all task pay doubles on Payday Friday.

🏛️ Property tax: every home you own is taxed daily — not just the one you live in (₲0 for the sidewalk or a Cardboard Box, up to ₲500/day for the Penthouse). Collected automatically when you show up — miss a few days and you'll owe the lump sum. A second house you never sell is a standing drain, not a free asset.

🏛️ Capital Idleness Levy: cash sitting above ₲10,000 is taxed 1% per day (of the amount above the line). It can never pull you below ₲10,000 — but the only real shelter is spending. The government would prefer you owned a McMansion.

Selling: anything you own sells back at 80% of what you paid.

You can never go below ₲0. No debt, no eviction — just an empty wallet and a lesson.
